I struggled with some irregularity and since trying this, there have been no problems. I absolutely love the fact that there are also prebiotics capsules included. I feel like it definitely helps my gut feel more happy. Very happy with this purchase and will definitely continue using this. No other brand of bran flakes have helped me quite as much as Futurelife has.

Best cereal on the market. I add a bit of cocoa powder for some extra dark chocolate goodness, PB2 powder for that peanut butter flavour (something I wish they will create), bran flakes for fibre and chocolate whey protein for even more kick. Sometimes I might even throw in a bit of instant oats for that creamy texture. Regardless, it's excellent on its own as well.
