I love it

I ordered this on September 1 and have emailed you 3 times with no response. I have also called and gotten no response. I have never received my order. It appears it was shipped but has never made it to me. Horrible customer service! This was a gift for a dear friend whose birthday is today. I will never deal with your company again that provides no customer service but is quick to charge my account and take my money. Karen Rossi

Love these grails! They're my go-to gift for all my whiskey and bourbon loving friends.

Disappointed. Tried it with Willet bourbon, in a sense it seemed smoother out of the glass. Even sipping from different points on the grail (From the flat to on the joints) the flat side did seem to show a little improvement. Will try again with a different bourbon. But for now seems to be more hype than enhancement. Todd O.
