I gave as a gift. The recipient said they loved it.

Decent customer service until my order was placed. Couldn’t view the final product when I was in the process of ordering the product. The initial was off center when I mentioned that in the comment section since I couldn’t see the picture. That is how it was printed. They wanted me to pay shipping and handling to send it back to get it replaced. A small wooden cup should not cost nearly $100 to have this type of issue be done.

Really unlocks the flavor of whatever bourbon or whiskey you choose to drink. Glassware is no longer an option

It is a gift but had to peek, it looks so nice. Best looking whisky cup I’ve ever seen.

This was purchased as a gift and was delivered in less time than expected.

I did a customized grail and it turned out great!

To small, quality reminds me of someone took tiny pieces of oak, glued them together and painted the inside black. There is no char taste and I am extremely disappointed. Definitely not worth the money. Would not buy again.

The grail is awesome.

Not a fan! I purchased 3 of these for 3 different true whiskey drinking family members. All 3 guys drink and greatly appreciate all types of whiskey. None of the 3 noticed a difference using these cups. One said they felt like they were drinking out of a cup that sits next to the bathroom sink. Very disappointed to spend this amount of money on these small cups that have no impact on the whiskey tasting experience, feels like a gimmick and would not recommend.

This is a gift which won't be given until June. I'm quite sure he will enjoy it.
