My SIL loved it. He was so surprised to receive this for Christmas and had to tell me all about it. He loved it.

The way this is able to smooth out the flavor, to ease the heat of those hotter bourbons and whiskeys is great. I think that the design is still a bit clunky - the shape is kind of awkward. But, we enjoy how it has transformed these bottles for us!

I like the smoky charred flavors that leach into the spirits. Of course, it does weaken somewhat quickly after a few uses. Nice conversation starter as well.

I ordered this as a gift so I have yet to try it. I however was upset with the purchase because I thought I was purchasing 2 cups, since that's what the picture showed. I was very surprised when only 1 showed up. A better description would probably be a good idea to avoid other customers from having the same issue. I love the idea of these cups, I am not a whisky drinker but have family that are. Super excited to gift this and see how they like it.

I love my grails the only take away is that on the engraving just look at what is on the what it will look like picture. That is all that will be on your grail. The text box will allow for more characters than what will fit. I learned the hard way and had to buy a second.

It feels good to touch, and makes the flavor of the whiskey easier to taste and more enjoyable, but the octagon shape of the cup is challenging to drink from.

I purchased the glasses asa gift. They were washed by hand and they dried with white spots all on the outside of glass. They had a very difficult time removing them.

Love it. They stepped it up a few notches with the smoker. Cant go wrong with the Whiskey Grail+smoker. Thanks for an awesome product guys.

First you sell me wooden cups which immediately become spotty after the first use, then you want to sell grail butter to fix the defective product? Sounds like you were already aware of the of the poor finish issue with the cups to begin with. Why not just use a better finish?
