I love the chair. I hate the directions for assembly! Would have been nice to actually show what /how each piece went together. I wound up assembling, taking apart and reassembling the chair over half dozen times because I put things together backwards!. Once assembled it's a beautiful and very sturdy chair. It took a while for me to review the chair because it took a while before I had it assembled. I had to hire it done because this furniture is HEAVY. It took 2 people to assemble and move it to my back porch. It is so comfortable, I love it. I have a similar chair, but it is wood and is showing its age. Sorry, I cannot easily add a picture of the new chair. So nice to have a chair that does not have to be stained or maintained in any way. I saw furniture like this at a nearby garden store ...

Chairs are great, I got 2 chairs which came in 2 separate boxes in both cases all the hardware was loose and rolling around in the box. The zip lock bag was obviously insufficient to hold it. Thankfully it was all still there. Also the screws with the square bit seem to strip quite easily. My order came approximately 6 weeks later than the estimated delivery date. Overall I’m happy with the chairs and would consider using you again. Thx Dave

The only thing I could say that could be improved is the balance. When you go to sit down or get up, the chair tilts forward. Like it does not have enough rear weight. Otherwise, they are nice.
