This training tool is LEGIT. It makes neck curls so comfortable. You can focus on the weight and mind/muscle connection rather than the plate crushing your nose or ear. I gained 3cm in 2 months of regular training and I’ve been doing neck specific training for 10 years. Definitely a “go to” piece of kit in my gym bag

It works well. That being said, the welds were not great and had sharp edges I had to file down. The loading pin is not centered on the handle, and the knurling is not the same width on each side of the handle. None of that affects how well it works, but they are flaws for sure.

This is thing is great. What I love about it is how portable it is so I can take it out on the back porch and just sit outside and bust out a few forearm exercises while relaxing. Also great how well it works supination, pronation and radial deviation. It’s a cool tool because I can just have it by my bed side and do a few exercises. Great tool to work on your forearm strength and size. Added bonus to add fat grips to it too

As a Wrestling Strength coach training the neck is crucial. The Strong Neck allows us to add weight in different positions to the neck in a bit more of a realistic approach, especially when recreating a snap down. This has been a game-changer in my neck training. I have long trained neck for it's applicability to injury prevention through contact and combat sports. Without this implement I would have to get creative with what implements and positions I could properly balance to create the desired training effect. This tool not only solves that problem, but in my opinion creates a much more efficient and comfortable loading pattern. Highly recommended.

This device is the best neck training tool. It is the best tool for neck curls and side neck curls. I am not a big fan of neck extensions for it but they can be done. For such a cheap price you need this in your arsenal if you want a bigger neck!

Constructed very well, knurling and grip angle are a nice addition for someone with sweaty hands. Diameter of the loading pin is a little bigger than a standard bar bell. I had to some effort into securing weight collar on it. Overall, great piece of equipment that doesn't take up any space for its intended purpose.

It’s well made. The knurling has good bite that I don’t even need chalk (excellent because I hate chalk). I’ve already made nice gains on my forearm strength and those have paid off on gym exercises. Highly effective and does exactly what it’s supposed to (and for a great price). Even for regular gym goers, neck muscles are often neglected. Strong Neck fixes that. Also important to note: If you have a pinched nerve near your neck/shoulder area, this can help. If you lift heavy and for prolonged periods you are probably familiar with tennis elbow at some point in your life. Exercising with Strong Neck relieves/strengthens those neck/back nerves and muscles that run down the arm.

No more fussing with wrapping towels around weights, using beanies, or worrying about dropping my plates (I have some home made concrete plates I use, so dropping them is pretty risky). This simple plastic and foam device allows for all the neck exercises under greater load without giving you a headache (in the wrong way). Certainly more than 'just another gym gizmo'.

5 stars for the idea. Just a long winded opinion here, but I think there needs to be two versions of this piece of equipment available for purchase on your site. The version you have for sale now with the short plate post is great for casual trainees up to reasonably strong individuals. Please make a "Silverback" version with a longer plate post that can safely accommodate 3 plates. Maybe add a bit more thickness to the pad on the larger version as well.
