Very versatile, well constructed device for forearm training. It's balance is excellent. I like that it fits in my gym bag easily. The only reason it gets 4/5 stars is (1) I feel the knurling could be a bit more aggressive and (2) ideally I would love the grips themselves to be a bit wider (not Fat Gripz size but along those lines). Otherwise a great value overall.

I've only been using it for a week or so, but I have to say it's a great addition and worth every penny.
