Lives up to the hype. Quite revolutionary Even I say so and I'm a tough critic. However, you've got to be realistic with this. You will not get lucid dreams every night with this device or any device. NO one can lucid dream every night but with practice, you can do it more often.

I really like how this has several modes you can use, and I can feel my muscles tightening with this. I used this on my abs and thighs and the next day I was extremely sore. I felt like I had done a ton of sit ups and lunges. It is really easy to use, and not uncomfortable, but it can hurt/zap a little if you put the settings too high for what your body is comfortable with. I love that you can use this on several parts of your body.

This is definitely nice to get extra boost after regular abs workout to get that definition and to get abs to really pop. There are different programs and modes and can get quite intense. I would suggest trying it on the slow mode first and adapt gradually.

I really like that there are multiple different intensity levels. On my first few uses I had to use pretty low intensity as I was not used to the sensation. It felt almost like doing an extremely tight and controlled sit-up with the full contraction of the abdomen. The board/holder to replace the gel pads when not in use is an extremely valuable addition to this ab stim package, this should help greatly extend the life expectancy of the gel pads for continuous use.

It really works. When I use it, I can feel it is shaking. I feel the best after exercise. It can continue to burn fat. The gel pads are very comfortable to wear and easy to remove.
