Call me weird, but I actually feel satisfied from the muscle stimulation after the sessions. It needs to be paired with a regular workout routine, but these help you chisel away at the certain parts of your abdominal muscles that are more resistant to toning. A lot of people complain about the gel pads, but you can find gel pad replacements right here on Amazon. It doesn't have to be the exact same pad to work either.

Great addition to my exercise routine. Super easy to apply and use. It has different levels to choose from - I am starting with the lowest until my body gets use to it. I can feel the tension in my ab muscles when I am wear it. Looking forward to seeing how this works over the next few months.

I have been using this for 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes. I put it on when I walk my dogs so the 20 minutes go by real quick. I like how there is different intensity levels, so first couple times I was using it I put it on lower intensity level and now that I’m little more use to it, I put it on next intensity level. This device does feel like it gives training on the muscles. So far very pleased with this device. Let’s see how effective this device is after I use it for 2 months!

Have been using it for two weeks along with other abs workout and so far seems to be pretty effective. I feel like this stimulates it over the muscle fibers that are worn out from other abs workout. The intensity is pretty high, so I am using the weakest setting. So far, satisfied!

Coreflex is very easy to use. Just stick on my abs, select the mode, turn on, and boom! The instruction manual also provides lots of details. I can feel the current flow through my abs, which makes me feel it is working. The current is also very comfortable, kind of like a massage. There are 6 modes you can select from to simulate the different part of abs. Conclusion, great value for money.
