While not the traditional Murph Challenge, this brings the same intensity. 2 years ago I would have never even considered trying something like this but the Battle Miles races as a whole gave me the skills and the confidence to try it for the first time. Would do again.

The 5 miles 50 burpees was a true challenge for a non-runner like me. It was tough but I'm glad I did it. I pushed myself and it paid off in the end. There are plenty of trails to choose from in my city to complete these races. So far I completed the 5 miler and 2 miler. I'm working up to doing the 10 miler. Battle Miles is a great way to earn medals during the pandemic.
