WOW!!!!! Your pre made bases are the best I have ever had. The dough is exceptionally good. I loved everything about it. The texture is not like anything I’ve had that’s wasn’t directly out of a pizzeria oven. It has a wonderful chewiness about. Got told about these bases from a good friend who has a stone pizza oven and a wood fired. These are his go to bases to cook in his home oven. My my my, these are better than takeaway and probably better than most restaurant pizzas you will get. The mutti sauce I think is a must also. Am a huge pizza fan and always looking for ones with the minimum of adds. This pizza cooked beautifully but was a little too large for me in terms of best fit for my oven, and freezer tbh, an inch smaller would be perfect - however great taste, no soggy bottom, lovely ingredients and really well packaged as came via courier. The rest are in the freezer for another day. Not sure if I will order again as the size is my issue, but the pizza itself was fabulous!

Still lovely and fresh when I received them, there was a delay due to weather conditions, and I live on an island. Popped them straight in the freezer. I haven't tasted them yet, but they are still lovely and soft and they smell delicious.

Took a while to arrive due the inclement weather but made 2 tonight, one with homemade green pesto and the other with tomato with various toppings. I froze the pre-made sourdough bases when they arrived and got them out to defrost on the day before our party. I had 10 guests who all enjoyed making their own pizzas with a selection of toppings. They all agreed that the pre-cooked bases were far easier to handle than the dough balls I bought last year. I'm a keen cook and pizza lover! However I could never get the sourdough pizza base quite right. East pizza dough, is the answer. I have a pizza oven, and honestly the results are amazing. The dough rises and bubbles in the heat perfectly, creating authentic, delicious neapolitan pizza. So convenient too. Wouldn't be without them now. Thanks guys!

Delivery was exceptional , each dough came in individual containers that can be used for other things , a foil bubble wrap bag with cooling ice in a box , the packaging is up there with people like fortnum and masons , not used the dough but froze them instead, they look great though .
