My pizzas just get better and better, each one is an experiment. Going through black olive paste as a base like there's no tomorrow. On the look out for date paste/spread to go with goat cheese and prosciutto, Yumm!

First time using east pizza sourdough frozen pizza dough.
Left it out at room temp for beyond the five hours suggested.
It’s super elasticy!
Just when I thought I’d got to a good size it shrinks back.
After watching the step by step videos I got them shaped.
Definitely took longer than ‘normal’ dough in my Ooni but by the third pizza I’d got the timings sorted .

Excellent. Use in my ooni gas oven. Turn temperature up high for 15 mins, then turn to lower setting when placing pizza in. Using this method means a crispyish base and perfect on top. The dough is top notch. 1 suggestion would be to use smaller shipping box with bubble wrap as the bases were displaced during shipping due to the amount of spare room. Other than this, all good
