We ordered the 4 pack of pizza bases to give it a go. Now ordered the 10 pack. The family decrees, spending a few minutes to put a few topping on these beats delivery pizza. When it comes to toppings, less is more. In fact, minimal cheese, a couple of toppings and that’s it. Highly recommend giving them a try.

We’ve used East Pizza a couple of times now and they haven’t disappointed! Everyone who tries the pizza says they are restaurant quality and I have to agree that these pre-made bases really are great for if you’re entertaining and catering for quite a few people. I’d highly recommend them to all!

A game changing product for me. I love pizzas but had pretty much stopped making them as I make such a mess in the kitchen. Then, when I put the pizza into my pizza oven, the contents would fall off and it just wasn’t a pleasurable experience. I had friends round for drinks and a pizza party. This was the first time I had used sourdough for the base, as I usually make my own strong flour dough, but I’m definitely switching. Not a crust was left as both adults and children cleared their plates calling for more. I’d definitely recommend East Pizzas sourdough for anyone wanting to take their pizzas to the next level.

I actually work with one of the largest Pizza oven brands in the world and have a real wood-fired oven at home in my garden, I decided to try this as sometimes a "quick pizza" is all that is needed on a long summer evening so decided to try the ready baked bases. I was not expecting anything special - I was WRONG! They have a great flavour, good texture and hold the filling ok. We tried them in the house oven initially but will try then in the Valoriani wood fired over later this week.

I watched the video, followed the instructions and got a perfect result. I have never made pizza before and my husband said "this is the tastiest pizza I've ever had". Of course the tomato and basil sauce helped but the crus was delicious. I made two, one to eat and one to freeze and put different toppings on them - added finely sliced onion and mushroom. Just used a basic cheddar but have some mozzarella for the next one. We're going to place another order and share the dough balls with friends...

Great to have the bases in the freezer. Quick defrost, add some toppings and great results. Try a white pizza. Just grate a little Parmesan onto the base, ( no tomato), then fresh mozzarella followed by some friarielli, a little smoked chorizo and a few fennel seeds.

As always the bases are brilliant, work well in an ooni or a normal oven, way better than making your own. I'd put a little less salt in the bases myself, but they are really tasty and delivered promptly.

Second batch from you Very good, thanks again I'm getting better results each time, wooden peel with plenty of flour really helps flipping the pizza into the oven, then move to metal peel once baking has started and the base has crusted a bit on the oven bottom After two deliveries, I'd say the dough is consistent and tastes very good
