Thought I’d see what all the hype was about and if these pizzas are too good to be true. East have smashed it with these pizzas. Restaurant quality for sure with crispy base and gorgeous toppings from the tomato sauce to the pepperoni. Same goes for the meat feast and ham and pineapple. To East - may the whiff of pepperoni be forever in your nostrils and the stretch of mozzarella be forever in your gob.

Hadn't spotted that they have a 3 day shelf life so disappointed when they arrived on Fri as shop for w/e had been done. They were delicious from fresh, and have frozen two to see what they're like from frozen. Fingers crossed

The one very small issue I’m having is getting them out of the little bags once they are at room temp, find them a little fiddly but worth it for the end result.

I have never had much success making my own pizza bases from scratch so to be able to assemble pizzas using high quality, professionally made bases is an absolute treat. I keep the bases in the freezer. Because they are nice and thin they defrost quickly and I can put a delicious pizza together in no time. The end result is amazing and tastes like pizza served in a good quality restaurant.

The base is so good that I cannot have a ready made pizza anymore. I prefer to put it in the over for 1-3 minutes, then out, then place all materials I want on too and then in the oven for a few more minutes

I have had the plain bases before which are great to create your own pizza but sometimes you just want to wack one in the oven. Recently purchased the topped bases (2x pepperoni 2 x margarita). Only tried the pepperoni so far but the toppings were very generous, the base was perfectly thin and crispy (used a pizza stone) and the crust was stunning. Will definitely be buying again. £30 for 4 pizza’s. Totally better than any take away and a fraction of the price.

They are really good as I prefer a thin crust pizza which these are but they’re still soft when cooked and don’t end up like a cracker!
Really quick to defrost too so you don’t have to wait ages before you can add your toppings. Very impressed.

The bases were excellent and the pizza's tasted delicious. In fact we had a few left over and froze them. Since we have used them in the normal oven (only takes 1-1.5 hours to defrost).

I wasn’t sure about this as, let’s face it, it’s £3 a base and it doesn’t cost that much to make but having tried it I have to say it’s worth every penny. For a start, finished product right there and then and no mixing, proving etc. plus, it’s sourdough and that is even harder to make. Pizza bases are fab, however the bags they were sent in hadn't sealed properly so they were not as secure as I would have liked. The box that the bases were in isn't really the best shape for them.
