I had a small pizza oven as a present but found it a frustrating process making dough, very messy and time consuming, I tried pre-made dough but could never get my pizzas to look like restaurant quality but eastpizza bases have changed all that, perfect for cooking in my wood fired Ooni and look and taste professional quality .

Speedy delivery of 10 perfectly formed pizza bases, received in a robust box and ready to place into my freezer. Each base takes mere minutes to thaw, ready to receive my home made tasty toppings. Comes with cooking instructions. However for my oven, I pre-warm to a toasty 230 degrees and cook the 10 minutes. Perfect! Better than many restaurant pizzas:)

Really great quality dough, packaging excellent. Had an issue with our initial order due to delayed delivery (delivery partner issue, not this company) but they were incredibly helpful and got us sorted out! Superb pizza bases and really tasty. To note for others, DHL does have all of these deliveries marked as must be delivered to a person, and cannot be left in a safe place - worth knowing for future frozen dough deliveries.

I was initially concerned as some of the delivery had completely defrosted however quickly put all the doughballs in the freezer and they have been terrific. We have found it quite stressful trying to make our own dough with mixed results. The East PIzza dough balls take away the stress and are far more easy to get into the over in one piece.

The size was perfect not too big not too small with just the right amount of tomato sauce so you can still taste the sourdough base. The cheese was also nice it had good texture stringy but not overly cheesy. It is a great pizza to use as a base if you wanted to create your own extra toppings. The packaging for me was fine too. Having it vacuum packed meant that it was as fresh as it could be. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We love the pizza’s 3rd time ordering, just can’t understand how it takes 7 days to deliver to Aberdeenshire from Edinburgh. Pizza’s were out of date again 😩 therefore after 3 attempts we can’t carry on. Such a shame as our first ones were amazing and came on the day they were out of date so had to be eaten that day.

These pizzas were delicious. They are the closest to restaurant quality that I’ve managed to find.
