I would rate this product 3/5 star as it does the job but I’ve used it 4 times now and the wave is exactly the same even though the box states that you can do 3 different waves. I’ve tried working with it in different ways but the wave always comes out the same. Very chunky also but overall it is an okay product.

I bought one for myself. Its very clunky and heavy to hold. I find my hair goes a bit frizzy when done even after using a serum. I will continue to have a go until get it right as my hairdresser made my hair look amazing with it.

Fast delivery, however the product is a gimmick. Made me look like I had been dragged through a hedge backwards! I then struggled to get a refund. However after a few emails back and forth they agreed to pay the postage as well. Personally wouldn’t purchase. The hair tool is quite heavy and awkward to use on yourself
