I wish I could return these but I threw away the box as I thought it would b a great product. I tried to use it but it was so hard to do so, as the metal to rise it is so hard to lift it. I wish I could return it. N I have shoulder hair length n i feel it’s not good for that hair length

Sadly this product didn’t work on my hair. I don’t believe it was any fault of the product but simply my hair! It was a lovely product heated as it should and was beautiful and light! Wish it worked on my hair

It’s lovely

the waver does heat up quickly however the waves will not stay in my hair. even when the temperature is at 210, the waves fall out in an hour or so. it’s a shame because it’s so expensive

Wow wow wow

It takes a bit of getting used to and every time I use it my hair does look better than the last time. Still a way to go until I get it right though. It probably suits long hair better than shorter hair which is probably the reason my shoulder length hair is harder to master! It's also very bulky so not ideal for travel.

Love this tool so quick and easy to use

The service was brilliant, they kept me informed all the way and there were no complications. However the results on my hair is a little disappointing. I have to have it on the highest temperature to get a result and even at that i would have to leave my hair in the wand for a good amount of time. Although I would say everyone's hair is different and may work better on others. My hair is naturally straight.
