The product box was soaked and when I opened it the product was open and had soaked the entire package. Customer service stated they couldn’t replace the product and offered a product that was completely different. I still haven’t received a refund. This was my first experience with Dolce Glow and most likely my last. They said the snow was the reason for the delay but I ordered two weeks before any storm hit and paid 8$ for shipping which is more than enough to cover USPS ground 3-5 days. Still...

I had high hopes for Dolce Glow Lusso, but it really missed the mark for me. I’ve tried a variety of self-tanners over the years, and I’ve never had one wear off in such a patchy, splotchy way. The uneven fading was especially noticeable around my belly button, feet, bikini line, and inner thighs (see photos), which made the tan look far from natural as it wore off.
