I think the expectations from what was shown with the 9.5% ultra dark they were expecting the product to be much darker as posted after rinse. Color was still beautiful but didn’t find it any different than the 12% or 14% regular solution.

I have previously been a Dr Gross glow pads loyalist. Decided to try this because the no touching/orange fingers appealed to me. It’s totally legit. I spray it on my dry face after the shower. No rubbing in. Wait a couple minutes and apply my normal skin care. I also sleep with VIO2 mouth tape and this doesn’t come off with that, where sometimes with Dr Gross it would leave a untanned mark. I wake up rested with a GLOW! Forever repurchase!
