I bought a 4 pack for my children to experience the life cycle of the monarch butterfly. The entire purchase process was simple and easy. We were on a time crunch, but Henry was able to get our chrysalis that hatched the next day. Our experience with Paradise Monarchs was magical! When we released our butterflies at our wedding it was beautiful. All of our guest were happy to be able to release their own and our 1 year old was even able to participate. He had the big box of butterflies and loved watching them fly out. I came across Paradise Monarchs at the Kailua Town Farmers Market during my last visit to Oahu. I knew I wanted to repeat this experience with my kids during this visit. I loved that I was able to preorder and have my order ready when I arrived on the island. My kids love seeing the chrysalis and waiting for the butterfly to emerge. Absolutely LOVE the experience! It is so cool to see the transformation of the chrysalis. When first receiving the chrysalis, it’s so beautiful and looks like a jade pendant. It’s just absolutely amazing that the works of nature is so incredible that it looks like jade with gold speckles. The change in the chrysalis is definitely noticeable as it goes from a beautiful jade to more blueish color to an eventual transparent color.
