The woman’s sizes are not standard women’s sizes, in fact it seemed like they were men’s sizes t-shirts. The women’s large shirt was ridiculously large, more like the men’s large shirt. When I contacted them they at least sent me a small for free, so that was nice. But I wouldn’t recommend pop your pup to a fellow female friend until the shirt sizes have changed.

I loveeee the frame and canvas I got of my pup! It looks exactly like the proof they sent so I wasn’t surprised when I received it. The only thing that was difficult was the website wasn’t the easiest to navigate and it was somewhat confusing to know how to order/what options there were available. Will order again because the art is so cute!

Choosing the design was kind of confusing. I haven't bought from you guys in a few years and was trying to look for older designs I guess. I felt like you guys used to have more options, like I got my husband a shirt with our pup and was able to choose a taco background a few years ago. I was super happy with this recent purchase for another friend but would like to have the other options again. Or maybe I just didn't see them, it was slightly confusing. Customer service was fantastic. I appreciate the prompt responses and flexibility to change out the photo during the design process. The chat feature sends too many emails though, even when there wasn’t a new message. The journal itself doesn’t lay flat and is slightly warped because of how it is glued to the cover.

This mask is so cute that I might still want to wear it when the pandemic is over! Material is very soft and comfortable. Size seems just a tiny bit big for me but it still stays in place

The mask looks great! I bought it for my fiancé. She loves it but the only issue is that it is a little loose. We’ve put it in the washer hoping it would shrink a tad but it still hangs off her face vs fitting securely around mouth and chin.

To be honest I felt your website after placing my order didn’t communicate well with me and what I needed to do to approve the bottle and can koozies. This being said delayed the process somewhatI suppose, but then no emails or communication until I sent one. I didn’t get my order in time for mailing for Christmas when in fact I ordered before Thanksgiving. Needless to say I was disappointed.

My daughter-in-law and granddaughter lost their little Shih Tzu Winnie two months ago. I gave them a blanket and tree ornament for Christmas. They loved both. The process was easy and customer service personnel were great when I had questions. I don't have pets of my own, but to see their faces when they got their gifts was very gratifying.
