My family loves their custom face masks. They all choose to wear them over any other masks that I have purchased. They wash well and the color options are so fun! The colors on the mug were perfect. So vibrant. My only suggestion is the placement of the handle. It is directly opposite the photo. Usually photos on mugs are on either side of the handle so you can see the photo while you are drinking and/ or the person opposite you sees it as well.

It was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. Our first dog Molly, died last August. We really miss her. We got a new puppy 5 weeks ago and I realized we didn’t have a good picture of Molly up on a wall. It made the family cry. The only reason I rated it good and not perfect are the wall hangers on the back are not in the correct spot. The canvas is of great quality and our dog is forever memorialized in our home.

I really love this product! It's a great way to double up on the mask I already have. It is pretty 'breathable'-- which is nice because it's lightweight but it also likely isn't enough protection on its own. Would be great if there was a heavy duty option that was better for germs! Or even a winter option that would be great for skiing!

The only things I didn't like was the fact that I had to send in multiple pictures because the first one was too difficult to work with. Also, no one kept me informed on how long it would take and I was given the wrong tracking number at first. Still a great product and I would shop again.

I’ve ordered canvas pics before with no problem but for some reason ordering the neck guards was a bit confusing. I placed the order but for some reason. I kept getting emails that it was completed. But order was and I was able to confirm that by contacting someone. Order took a while to receive but all the confusion could be the result of Covid 19 and staff not in office etc
