your website has those new hidden charges. Go faster and get a digital copy. You can't turn them off right away. I need to reload any page in order to remove those. They actually stick around after you remove the item from your cart. I needed to have my cart time out in order to remove hidden charges still in my blank cart.

Your products are great. I’ve bought dozens of items from you and will buy more in the future. Ordering, however is rugged. Your software kept changing my large white shirt order to an XS black shirt. It was frustrating. You readily provided a fix, but it happened for my two most recent orders. It may be time to update your software and make it more user friendly. I fear you may be losing customers who are new to your site or less patient. But your shirts are awesome! Thank you.

I would’ve liked to see more options for the picture size on the mug of my dog that I ordered. I could only get a mug with a bunch of tiny repeated images on it. The mug is cute, but I would’ve liked to see other options. Other than that, everything came out so nicely!

Had a problem with a gift certificate that I had for a year.... customer service resolved the issue in a timely manner and helped set up my initial order. Customer service is by e-mail and text... which is efficient and effective. I asked the artist to make a few changes to the original proof... the artist did a great job!

The men's shirt was great, I also ordered a ladies tshirt...that one however was not so great. The design was not centered at all, off by inches, and the shirt was really small even though I did order a size up like recommended. I emailed about my issue and Camillo took care of it right away. The image is great and the shirt is soft but the decal is sticky. If it’s hot it sticks to each other, in the mail and in the dryer it balls up and sticks to each other. And it’s heavy. Like ironed on instead of printed in the shirt

I had two masks made up for a couple who are great "doggie" friends of mine. They compete their Nova Scotia Duck Tolling retrievers in Agility, Barn Hunting, FASTCAT, Scent Work, Dock Diving, Rally, and I am probably missing others! They are a great couple who help out newcomers to any of their sports! They have been wearing their masks every day these past two weekends of competition-The husband carefully washing them each night for the following day!
