I usually take a Vitamin C tablet for hydration etc but this tasted even better and has way more benefits than just hydration, a win-win and I'd recommend it to others. I like the pouches too as I feel the plastic cylinders my Vitamin C comes in are pretty unsustainable.

The citrus(lime) flavour is great and is much more pleasant than other gut health things i have tried.
