Got this for my daughter she only just been diagnosed with IBD ( inflammation bowel disease) and she having bad issues with the medication that they have given to her, so still very early day to see if is helping her. I started with my Gut Wealth experiment a few months ago due to years of IBS related bloating and discomfort, wind, constipation etc ( IBS-C ) many years of trying different remedies and diets. So after 2-3 months regular intake of Gut Wealth my bloating from food, lack of food or the wrong foods ( triggers ) has more or less gone, I am now more regular than I have been for years. I have IBS. I never know how my belly/gut is going to act up day too day. I can go weeks feeling OK then boom something sets me off and I feel like I'm back to zero again.
