Great product. Ships fast. Sizes run a bit small but also could be just that it’s purpose is to compress. Feels comfortable and definitely will make you sweat. This is the third product I buy and I’m satisfied.

My experience with this product has been great so far. I am getting the sweat in need to help me slim down. In 10 weeks I lost 10 lbs. Previously I was unable to drop 1 pound. Adding the vest is the only change I have made. I recommend this product to anyone that is struggling to get the scale to move.

I've been using it for 2 days and you sweat a lot, it means that is working, it feels comfortable and it keeps dry besides sweating. I love it, and in exercise you feel like you're burning double of your over waist inches.

The shirt really helps but i should have gone a size smaller. I normally wear a 2xl (to be comfortable) but only got an XL. But other than my own mistake, this thing works great. I am much more confident walking around now!

It's TRUE to size and it fits good. I sweat so much more with it. It's pretty comfortable but when you first get it it does smell lol. It goes away after some uses.

just buy the M one for an accident but fit me a bit small, and I still used it good quality and fabric but is doing the job, I will buy the large latter...

We received our sauna 👚 👕 shirts, the his and hers. Mine has a extra long front to help my muffin top sweat. My husbands “ 2XL “ fits exact with no long front. He could use a bigger size. But the sweat results were amazing 😉!!

I can HONESTLY said that this is a game changer! As you can see from the picture, it looks like water on my stomach but it’s sweat! I walk about 3 to 5 miles and get this result every time.

I'm got the 2xl because of the size that I am. I also purchased a xl because it works great and I'd like to continue as I get smaller. YOU WILL SWEAT DEFINITELY!!

1. I will be ordering another pair soon! 2. They come with a draw cord that I was not expecting 3. I am 6ft 1in 200 pounds, 34-34 normal paint size. I followed the size chart and suggestion to go up one size. As a large these are more fitted than compression. I'll get a medium next time. 4. Haven't had them long enough to comment on reliability. After first use they appear well made. 5. Not made in USA :(

I don't do reviews, but I have to say the vest works great! Sizing is right on. I have worn the vest for a few weeks and have worn and washed it with zero issues! If your wondering what to do, I say GET IT!

The item runs a bit to small for us big guy but it's well made, very durable and is not made with cheap materials... customer service is great, I reordered a bigger size and they even gave me %50 off of my purchase and told me to keep the original one I already ordered... they are Awesome 👌

If fits great on me and i sweat way more when working out with the vest then without the vest.. And the price wasnt to much.. Great work out vest

So yeah...... Let me tell you....... I deliver beer for Budweiser so I'm out working and I have been sweating my ass off, and I love it it already feels a little lose cause I think I've already lost stomach fast that I hate. I wear this for my morning runs and then for a quick workout afterwards! Then I do some quick things like respond to emails and make some lunch before hopping in the shower and I have noticed a difference in my waist and mid section in just a week of wearing!

I have lost over 100lbs and I like the fact that I can use it not only to increase how much I sweat but I also wear it under my clothes to keep some of the results of weight loss from spilling over. It makes me stand taller because I feel I look better. I do wish it came in a tall version for a little extra length.
