I usually have trouble keeping the heat belts, tops etc. to stay down on me since I gained so much weight. However, this Heat Top is on point! I purchased the 4x-5x size, I'm about a 2X in regular tops/blouses but I wanted the heat top to stay down and IT DOES. I had so much sweat after working out for only 20 minutes. I'm very satisfied with the item that I purchased the shorts and another heat top for my 18 yrs old granddaughter.

The material is great. The first one I got was a a little big on me so I bought a 2nd one a bit smaller which I'm waiting for. But for the one I have, i love it. I use it on top of my heat trap one since it's a big large, fits like a shirt. Overall I love it, just waiting for the 2nd one.

I love this stuff. After a workout, you feel the heat when the cream starts working. Note it only seems to work on areas where you were sweating (water activated). Also note that when "removing" it after 30 min, be careful jumping in a hot shower. Hot water on the applied area feels like napalm. You should wash it off with cool/cold water (at least lower than body temp) and no issues.

I normally wear XL shirts for a bit of extra room and XL in this shirt is perfectly snug for the intent of generating sweat during a workout. I already had 2 and got a third so I don't have to wash every other day. I started out hand-washing but now I use the Delicate cycle with water temp set to tap water cold and it works great. I hang them over towels to dry and there is no issue with shrinking after several washes.

I'm training for the New York City Marathon. (My 10th) Due to the pandemic, I've gained weight and was having trouble taking it off. This has made a big difference. At first look after unpacking it, I thought it was rather big. However, I guess it has to be that big to get it over my hips. Once on the waist I usually tuck the top under my sports bar and tuck the bottom half into my tights so that it stays put. I usually use this for my two hour fasted walks and it doesn’t feel uncomfortably wet. I only realize how much I have sweat only when I lift it up! I enjoy using this for other cardio as well.
