Wore it to the gym today for the first time and was very pleased. Did not bind or bunch up during workout. Nice snug fit, but very comfortable. Really holds in the heat and sweat. Just what I was looking for. Will be ordering a couple more shortly.

To be honest I was skeptical about ordering this due to people in the comments of Facebook talking trash. But I took a chance and its litterally perfect. I've been spending 60 dollars on a different brand about once a month (because they rip with regular use) and this one is so much better quality. And the best part is I can move around freely without it rolling up on me. 10/10 especially for the price. Im about to buy and try more of stuff right now lol

Love the vest. I dont sweat much at all, but wearing this I'm dripping when complete. Definitely going to change over to the full body suit. I'm 5' 6" and 190 and the S/M is tight (I wanted tight though) but if I was going for perfect fit I'd say L/XL.

I usually wear a Medium size for shirts but tank tops always go a size up. I’m 6’1 205lbs so for tall guys around the same weight as me, I’d recommend the L/XL. Once you start wearing you start sweating around the core area right away. Great product. Would recommend it and now I’m thinking about getting the tank top with the zipper next. It’s minimalist so either working out or if tou still want to get that sweat going even if wearing under a work shirt, walking, jogging, I would still wear it.

Love this vest. It really does make your center section sweat allot more then other parts of the body. When i do a mile walk with the vest on ,my shorts or soaked from the sweat that comes from my mid section. It really works! Just make sure you measure your mid section like it says to do. I absolutely love this thing. I am a transman, and when I was first looking to find something to use as a binder I came across one of these vest at a Goodwill. It works better than the actual binders I've bought. I now own 5 of them and they are great. It stays in place all day long and has the perfect amount of compression to flatten my chest. The fact that it helps me lose weight is an added bonus. I would recommend it to anyone for weight loss or as a binder.

Ok so I’m oddly shaped lol. So the women’s size wouldn’t have fit me. So I bought the men’s size. It’s little big on my chest but that’s ok.
