I was really impressed. I’m a tall “thick” girl and carry most of my weight in my stomach.normally these products don’t provide full coverage especially on the lower abdomen. essentially leaving out the part I need it to cover the most! This was long enough to cover and the elastic band at the bottom prevented it from riding up during a very intense workout. I'm limited on my workouts but I get a great swet going during my 30 minutes on treadmill. I think I'm going to buy a second one. Product runs a little small so go up one size when ordering.

I bought the S/M size Heat trapping vest and the first time I used it, sweat was dripping off me after about 10 mins! It truly traps in the heat and makes you sweat a lot more!!! I am 5'9" 1/2 about 185 Lbs. and it was really tight at first but it probably should fit like that since you want it to shape to your body. So if your any bigger than that, definitely go a size up.
