Have only used it twice so far but I’m sweating at least twice as much as normal. The suit fits great but if there’s one thing I can criticize is the waist band on the jacket, it is the loosest part of the sauna suit but isn’t too loose either. But all and all 5/5. will be using it every work out and will be ordering another

This is definitely legit folks. I’m not a big sweater and I just used it for the first time. Let me tell you if you move a little you will sweat. If you move alot you may drown. Great deal!! I got the 2pk Sauna Shirt. One caveat make sure you get as close to your measurements as you can before selecting a size. It fits like a compression so get the size right.

I am so happy to report I have gone from a 38 inch waist to a 32inch waist in a year. No dieting( although I have bee vegetarian about six mos.)
