I read the directions and put some on my spots i wnated to use it on, then i wiped it off wirh a towel when i was done working out but when i get in the shower it burns a little when the water hits the spots i used it on, otherwise will keep using wish it didnt sting in the shower.

Love the camo and the grey, the black seems slightly smaller even though they are all 3 XL.. I haven’t sweated this much since my early 20’s playing semi professional football. Love them and have ordered additional items. Only issue I had was the courier company Aramex in Australia kept my package for 7 days at their Perth depot before delivering.

I and my wife are happy with everyone of the Shirts, and are already seeing and Feeling great results when we use them to work out. We are also using the Sweat Cream along with the Shirts, and everything works just as described.

I love my Vest, obviously with me it's going to take quite a bit of work to see results.
I hang mine on the airing rack outside after a workout overnight, but do wash it once a week, and that works out fine.
I highly recommend the product to anyone who hasn't purchased it yet, ya sweat alot, which is what ya want to do whilst working out.

i've always enjoyed everything I have purchased from Kewlioo. The last suana suit I had lasted a long time. It was a different material so I presume the current model of the suit , being a different thicker material,would fit differently. I will need a 2XL instead of the 1XL I received. It's funny, I'm only 5'9" tall and 160lbs. I can't imagine anyone who is a true XL being able to get one...
