Ornament was noticeably chipped, and obviously unsuitable to give as a gift. The chip was nowhere to be found, which leads me to believe that whoever packed it sent it knowing it was broken. Customer service took forever to respond to my claim, making it impossible to get a replacement by Christmas, and instead of giving me the option of a refund or replacement, I was ultimately sent a DHI gift card for the base price.
