The level of support for various virtual drum software packages is pretty incredible, and the prices are more than competitive. I'm definitely looking to purchase more in the future.

It fits right in with Ableton Live and comes with plenty of fills and the ability to switch easily between your chosen percussion instruments. It works particularly well in conjunction with Ableton's own Latin Percussion pack. Top marks!

This was a really great package, as usual, very organized so that finding the right drum track for my project was relatively easy. Also, a nice big variety within the genre to pick from. I appreciate how the tracks are organized by 'song' with fills and choruses etc. I will always go to Groove Monkey for my tracks.

Well played and edited performances with another pallet to choose from rather than the midi packs available from Toontrack. Liked then so much i went back and purchase 5 more packs from The Monkey. Love the drums grooves from Groove Monkee. Great way to save some time, and honestly, they do a much better job than I do. I love the fact that the drums aren't quantized, yet still hold a solid beat VERY close to the grid....like a amazing human drummer would do. I will be using this set, along with many others on most of my music going forward, for sure!

I use Groove Monkee MIDI tracks with Perfect Drums Player, ML Studio, and Ugritone kits. They play flawless in each VST. The arrangement of the library in each pack is great and the design leads to a faster work flow. I have many libraries from different developers and i can say that these are some of my favorite. ...to tell the truth, I avoided this MIDI loop pack for many months because of the name `Hi-Octane` , but I'm glad I finally went for it! Yes, these grooves would be great for *hard rock* (which I love) but I think they are perfectly suited for many styles of music. As a bass player, I find Groove Monkee MIDI packs phenomenally useful to give me that solid backbone I need as a foundation for a tune.

I bought the complete collection of midi grooves to use it with my EZDrummer 3. It is totally integrated in EZDrummer's Database, together with the Toontrack Grooves. It is awesome! I'm happy to have bought it and would recommend to everybody using EZDrummer. There are tons of grooves of which I have discovered only a few so far. It will be fun for months! Walter

I agree with another Hi Octane user that the name initially had me thinking it was not something I would use. Like all the files I have from Groove Monkee, there are lots of great grooves in this pack. So if you think it's only for really heavy stuff, give it a listen. I'm glad I got it!

I've been looking for simple, but professional sounding, rhythm beats to help me "find the groove" in my acoustic based original music. A lot of what I've tried is too "busy" and sounds unnatural. I really love the natural feel of your libraries, and being able to tweak individual notes to my liking is a real boon compared to static loops. I use NI Abby Road 60's drummer and between the authentic sound of the kit and the authentic grooves I'm dialed! Try as I might, some "simple" grooves and shuffles like the ones on Country Outlaws are hard to recreate convincingly. A real drummer made these however, and as the saying goes "ain't nothing like the real thing".

I LOVE THIS !!! I have more flexibility to do more types of music especially regarding doing up-tempo R&B to Jazz Fusion with these great drum tracks !!!! Keep up the great work and let me know if you have anything else more in the line of Chris Coleman, Kirk Covington, Steve Gadd, Dave Weckle, Terry Bozzio, Robert (Sput) Searlight and drummers like that and if you don't..... consider doing it because there is a buy out here for that type of drum track but back to this..... I normally create my own drum midi since packs from anyone out there rarely fit what I'm doing. But for blues? Why bother when this is available? This sounds great through Superior!
