11/10 value! you are not kidding when you say it will feed at least 4. 4 adults shared one kit and NONE of us could finish..and that's a problem when the food is this delicious! 100% worth the cost of the food & shipping (please dont raise price!) ;-P The food was absolutely fresh, the lamb was insanely good and the flavor was PERFECT. 2 comments if I may: 1. UNDERSCORE on the instructions that your water needs to be boiling when you are ready to stretch the noodles..our water wasn't close...

Awesome!!!! After moving away from NYC I missed these SOOOOO much. The frozen ones I got are a different shape than the restaurant (more like a gyoza). They are a little smaller but there was definitely way more than 30 dumplings in the bag. My only complaint is that they sell out so fast! Planning to order some noodle kits next 🤗

The best dumplings out there! I think I’ve tried a dozen brands of frozen dumplings, and I finally pulled the trigger and tried Xian’s. They are great. Them and Mila are my go to for dumpling night.

Super yummy and fun to make! We kept the seeds in the pepper so it would be spicier. Only recommendation I have is to include more ice packs for transit. I’m in MD (so pretty close) and by the time I received the food in 2-3 days, it really wasn’t that cold anymore.

AMAAZZZIIING!!! Just like the store!! And so easy to cook. One portion is 6 but even 3 can fill us up. These are a great portion. Delivery was smooth too and packaging was nice and cold!

It was amazing. I was in NYC and flying spirit and I just didn't have the room to bring back some curry lamb noodles....so when I saw y'all shipped I purchased the kit on the way to the airport. Totally forgot to take a picture soon after cooking it. Here's an almost-done, eating-out -of-the-mixing-bowl kinda picture!!! Food was flavorful, spicy, and texturally varied. These dumplings are a dream! Uncomplicated- You get frozen dumplings, packets of dumpling sauce, and chili oil. Super easy to make- All you need to do is literally boil water. Simple clean up- one pot. In the warmer weather making these won’t heat up the kitchen which is awesome.

Cooked 2 servings. One of the lamb and one of the spinach to share with my hubby. So simple you can put anyone in charge of bowling the dumplings. Cooked a side of veggies and didn't add any seasoning, just added the extra dumpling sauce in the dumplings bowl. Easy and sooo flavorful. You can dial up your heat as you prefer. Xi’an noodle kits have become a staple for our holiday celebrations! Our daughter calls them “slappy noodles” because she gets to slap them on the counter. Absolutely amazing! Unfortunately we don’t have famous foods in Boston, but being able to order these kits has cured my cravings. We got the spicy cumin lamb noodle kit and it was just as good as in store! Although, the first time pulling noodles was a bit of a learning curve it got easier over time.
