We rec’d the Mt Qi pork noodle kit today as a gift from our son and my husband made it for four of us and it was outstanding! Absolutely delicious! We are huge Xian fans who moved three hours away from NYC and having this dish again was wonderfully nostalgic. It tastes exactly like it used to when we lived in NYC! Thank you so much. This meal kit was fantastic!!!

I was born and raised in Xi’an and moved to the States 23 years ago. I can’t describe how much this food reminds me of home and my childhood. It is authentic, delicious and very straightforward instructions. Will buy it again!!

Unbelievably delicious dumplings. Cooked perfectly if you follow directions. Added baby bok Choy and Chinese greens n sprouts to sauce with fried garlic. Go for them. You will not be disappointed

SO DELICIOUS and straight forward to make! We were very happy w the results. We topped ours with a cilantro-packed greens (inspired by the tiger salad they used to have at the brick and mortars) tossed in a bit of the sauces that come in the meal kit 🤤 Will definitely order again!

Much easier to make than we expected (we were nervous about stretching and breaking the noodles). Very tasty. Well packed, everything well labeled, still fresh and chilly when we opened the box a couple of days after we got it (we did leave it in our garage to stay cold). Very easy way to try a type of Chinese food we never thought we could make ourselves!

These dumplings are amazing! Living well outside of New York, this is the next best thing to taking a 12 hour drive to enjoy them at the spot. They take me a little longer to cook than given in the directions to get to fully cooked temp but still pretty quick, very convenient and well worth it!

These dumplings made me SO happy! I used to get Xi’ans at least twice a week when I was working in downtown NY, and when I moved out of state I was disheartened that I wouldn’t be able to have it again until I visit. These dumplings completely brightened my day and tasted exactly like getting them fresh, they’ve got the addicting sauce and chilli crisps and I added a generous portion of cilantro and fresh garlic :). I will order again in a heartbeat if they become available!!!

I moved away from New York earlier this year and miss XFF a whole lot. Being able to get their dumplings shipped is a huge comfort. They came well packed on dry ice with more than enough sauce and chile crisp, and were dead easy to make. Pro tip: Buy cilantro ahead of time so you can chop it and throw on top. 10/10 would buy again pretty much as often as XFF makes them available

This is our third time ordering the noodles. It is our new Thanksgiving weekend tradition. The laughter when we all try to 'slap' or 'spank' the noodles is contagious and part of the experience! I would suggest editing the instructions to include a note that to reduce the spiciness you should reduce the amount of chili oil!

Absolutely phenomenal. A genuine taste of Xi’an! The veggie mixture is hearty but light and extremely flavorful. The dough is spot on perfect and stands up well to freezing and boiling. Directions make it easy to get them exactly right and the sauces make you feel like you are in the restaurant. I will order these every time XFF makes them available!

It was awesome! I don't think I was the best at noodle pulling but it didn't even matter!! was so tasty. Leave yourself some extra time the instructions say 15-20 mins, but be sure your noodle dough is room temp it makes all the difference!

Incredible! Had the cumin lamb last time I was in NYC and have been craving it for two years. Find out they sell the meal kits. My wife and I love to cook and this wasn’t complicated at all. Watch the videos on how to stretch the dough. If it breaks, just throw in the small pieces in the water. Comes out amazing!

These are super fun! We had a blast slapping the noodles. It was an easy, quick, fun, and very tasty dinner. Just be careful with the spiciness -- one package of chili oil was enough for us (we like mild to medium spice). If we'd used all 4, I don't think we could have eaten it. We will do these again.

So Delicious and Easy!!! We moved to Northern Virginia in late 2020 and the one thing I missed the most was XFF!!! My office in NYC was near a Queens location and it was a weekly habit to order B1 and NS1 every week, sometimes more than once a week. It was such a lovely experience making this! It tasted just like the real deal and it was not spicy at all. So for those don't like it spicy, this one is for you! It's very easy to follow, and although the portions say it's for 4 people, I'd say it was more like 6 or 8. It was a lot of food.
