Great product! Was able to show my daughter how to start a simple fire in the woods and I’m able to easily start a fire in my wood burning insert with just kindling and the plugs. No need for matches.

These things are awesome. Some are in my bug out bag, some are in my camping bag, others stashed in my prepping gear, the rest are with my grilling gear. I will be ordering more!

Absolutely love this product, spent the weekend in the mountains of Virginia camping and fishing, tested a few different brand products out for fire starting. The Bigfoot Bushcraft firestarters and fero rod/striker was absolutely my favorite and performed head and shoulders above the others.

I can't recommend this enough! I let all 3 of my kids take turns lighting the fire during our most recent camping trip and not only were they all successful, they were all super excited that they did it with flint and steel. One strike lighting is so easy, anyone can do it. No more fooling around with dodgy Matches and Lighters with no fuel. The convenient carrying pouch and tin make it a tidy addition to the camping supplies. This is one of those "must have" items for the Campers in your life.

While camping in Denali National Park, we woke up to an inch of snow in early August. These Bushcraft fire plugs got a fire going in my tent stove with ease and saved us from a grueling morning. 10/10

I love these things. I bought a second 200 pack recently. Used the first batch for everything from bushcraft kits to car emergency kits and in every knife sheath that they’ll fit in. An awesome product!!

Love your fire starters!!! I've used them in dry, damp and wet weather. Have always come through for me. I keep them in my backpack, go bag and car. I do a lot of camping in the Adirondack mountains and they are a life saver. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

I'm not an experienced fire builder and just throw things in to get it started. These fire plugs make it so simple, and use way less materials to get it started. I am very impressed! Totally worth it and fit great in any tiny compartment in your backpack. 5 out of 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love these! Super easy to start (1st time using a flint and striker), and long burn time. Only thing I will change on my next order, is getting THEIR flint and striker. Looks a lot better quality than what I have, but this cheap one still did the trick.

Well, the first night we went out we were able to start a fire within seconds. We used feather shavings and used a fire plug and it went up almost instantly. It had downpoured that night and in the morninging we had to make feather shavings from dried wood. Unfortunately everything was soaked so we couldn't keep a fire going, but the fire plug lit right up and stayed lit even with it raining. I went ahead and bought 200 more from what I witnessed them do from using them.

Love this set. Just got done heavy snowing and everything was soaked. Went to the back yard to fire up the put to help warm the ladies and with no fuel added did just that. Great product!

This is my new “go to” fire starter. I normally prime my fire with a gas starter … and, as life would have it, I forget to turn the gas off once in a while. Not anymore. This little slice of magic is all it takes to get the fire going. It burns hot for about 5 minutes which is usually all it takes. Here in Chicago we have had some rough weather. My firewood sits outside covered in snow and is cold as a block of ice. To be fair, I bring it into the house and let it come to ambient temperature be...

These are an absolute MUST for your camping gear, backcountry pack, or even just the back yard fire! Very quick to start, and burn plenty long enough to get a good fire. You also need to check out their feral rod! I’ll definitely be buying more.

Ordered the 30 pack Bigfoot Bushcraft fire starters and the tin box to store them in. Got a chance them last weekend on a camping trip to light our campfire. Used a flint and steel striker and it flamed up with the first spark that hit it. Didn’t need any small sticks at all and the large pieces of wood ignited right up. Definitely going in my my camping gear supplies. I will be ordering more! Great product!,

Went up to my cabin this weekend to drop things off, thought I’d try the little fire starter. It worked very well, started fast, burned for quite awhile. Definitely could see it working starting fires with little to no problems. Even on the damp ground near snowpack like I did today. Wonderful product, glad I bought an extra one for my daughter.

As soon as the nighttime lows in the Rockies get into the comfortable 30s and above, I'm going back to camping. SO, in the meantime, in my condo fireplace I have my Firebox stove set up as my mini grill. Your Bush Fire Plugs are great for getting things going. Great job!

Finally got a chance to use them on our camping trip last weekend and they worked great. The first day was a little rainy and our wood was damp. It took a considerable effort to get the fire started and I am not sure I could got the fire started without the help of these fire starters.

I used Buscraft fire plugs on this trip.... 12 days buried in the woods,on the river bank, at Beavers Bend state park. A much needed escape of camping and flyfishing. Realizing, hours before I left for this trip, that I didn't have my own firestarter plugs I, nervously, borrowed some Bushcraft fire starters from a friend. This last minute event saved the trip for me and changed the way I purchase fire starters forever. These fire starters are the BEST I'VE EVER USED!! Bushcraft fire starte...

This gear wall is full of bush crafting items from tents to tent stoves, cots, sleeping bags to cooking stoves and snowshoes. And ALL of this gear and adventure is supported exclusively with Bigfoot Bushcraft fire plugs and ferro rods. I have at least 8 tins full of plus in every kit and vehicle. There is a Bigfoot Bushcraft set up in every single kit in have and Iike redundancy. I burn one of four Solo Stoves 3-4 times per week and start them with a Bigfoot Bushcraft fire plug and ferro rod...

We were backpacking the Art Loeb trail here in NC this past weekend and it got COLD. Lots of damp wood, but I tried out my Bigfoot plugs for first time and started one try with flint. Burned hot and long enough to get our twigs going and gift us with an amazing fire. Love these!

Can’t say enough about these Bigfoot Bushcraft fire plugs. They even get your charcoal briquettes going! Yes, this is my second review, but I want people to see how easily they ignite and how well they sustain a flame while getting your flammables together for your fire. Perfect!

Had another photo also but didn't think you wanted to see my son in his base layer trying to dry out after quartering out a bull elk the fire starters saved our butts a couple time drying out or just warming up in bad weather. Thanks

Best fire starters I’ve ever used. No need for kindling. Pull apart and put a couple fire starters in and you’re good to go. No need for matches either, although I’m sure they’ll work fine. I like to use a fire steel, light right up. Won’t be caught without Bigfoot bushcraftfire starters!

Took a short bit on pulling apart the first wax plug but once I did get it apart and the striker set up it made starting the fire very simple. Used a little kindling with it and the logs were able to have a good base to keep the fire going. I was going to try throwing one in the water to test that but didnt have the chance, I will next time though. Overall a good product.

Best product I’ve invested for the backcountry. Visiting Zion NP and had the opportunity to test Bushcraft under high winds and rain. I was extremely impressed by how it performed as advertised. Campfires made easy and I’m confident in an emergency it will save lives.

I ordered 2 ferro rods, 2 tins and the 200 pack of plugs on Tuesday. They were in my mailbox by Friday. Tried them out on Saturday while out fishing. One strike on the ferro rod and the plug ignited. Very happy with my purchase. Good product, fast delivery and made in the U.S.A. Money well spent. I will be recommending to my friends and family. These are great. They really helped out. I tried the Blackbeard fire starters and they took forever to light. And they only lasted about 2 minutes lit. These lit immediately and burned for about 7 minutes. And are much more affordable. Great product.

I did a video demonstrating how amazing these are! I wanted my family and friends to know that this wasn't just some Facebook gimmick and that Bigfoot Bushcraft really delivers what they promise. I ordered 4 total and definitely recommended this for anyone who has a firepit and likes camping! I did another video starting a fire in heavy rain. These work well and you will recommended them to your family and friends as I have!
