Shogun has been added to my singles game! It has great resets and springy feeling when hit the ball, which means the paddle is going to generate speed itself rather than relying on my hand, arm and body. It is a bit challenging for me to use Shogun in double games though due to its higher than average swing weight, with my weak wrist and table tennis background.

Honestly this is my wife's favorite paddle. She come from using a Joola 3 Magnus 14mm. Switching to this one was a breeze. It has great power from the base line and unforgiving put away power. But on the other side it is very easy to control while in the kitchen and the soft game. This paddle has a very good overall playability compared to other similar way more expensive paddles.
