I ordered the D5+ one year ago and absolutely love it. Recently I hit a pothole and blew out my rear tube. I ordered 4 replacement tubes from nanrobot and received them in 4 days. I live in CT and couldn't believe how fast they processed my order of not only the tubes but also the scooter. I have nothing but positive feedback dealing with Nanrobot. One of my favorite purchases !

These 2.5" inner tubes are the ideal size for the 3.14" tires that I am currently using on my d6+ and can also fit 3" broad tires;the original 2.125" tubes were paired with 3"tires which came on my d6+ and had a maximum inflation pressure of 35psi but were clearly too narrow for the cavity of the larger tire(3.14inch)when the tube was partially inflated for installation. My wife and I each have the C1 and love them. The 10 inch tires make pot holes less scary. The customer service is great. You cant find another scooter with these stats at this price. I like the smaller handler bars. We are shorter riders and tall handle bars look dorky.

Received my Nanrobot C1 scooter 3 days after ordering. only had to charge for about 2 hrs to full. This is the only e scooter I've ever had the chance to ride. I'm very impressed with its performance and looks. I'm just over 6 foot tall and 215 lbs. This thing rocks!

I love it but the kickstand stretched out from the screws and when I went online to see how to deal with it it has no videos on YouTube or anything on changing it and I really need the kickstand if you can help me please

I had a terrible experience when buying when I placed my order it said that the item was available when I bought the battery it said that it would arrive in 10 business days and then they told me that it was not in stock and they only gave me long and no specific response was slow almost 2 months to arrive

Perfect size bag! Not only looks like it belongs, but carries my six foot cable lock, tool kit, baseball cap, and has plenty of room to spare. Zipper was extremely stubborn on arrival but is easier to open/close with each use. I would certainly recommend this bag to anyone with an electric scooter, it's much more comfortable than wearing a small backpack <smile>!

My scooter order #7401 was sent back. It didn't work. It has arrived at the send back destination. Once it's verified that all the items that were shipped to me have been returned I should be dispatched immediately a new scooter in fully operational order out of the box. The scooters great I love it. I just haven't been able to ride it at all.

I first ordered the fast charger and recieved nothing. Then I got an email saying it was out of stock. But they gave me an option of refunding me. Or getting a room floor charger they have used a few times. For 20 bucks less. And it works great! And to compensate for the wait. They sent me a free nanrobot hat. They were reasonable and easy to get ahold of! Thanks nanrobot

Received a free jacket during the Memorial day weekend sale with the purchase of my LS7+ 72v scooter. Super high quality and stylish. The box I kept because it is quality too! I ordered a large and am a 5'9" male and weigh 185 with a muscular build. Fits snug and plenty of room for movement wearing a tee shirt only. Also the jacket is somewhat adjustable.

This is a beast. A monster. I had to buy another 25lb scooter just for short trips. Be warned: it's not easy to move around if you're skinny like me. If you think this scooter can go faster than 20 mph, then I suggest you first calibrate your speedometer with a GPS app. My speedometer was giving me much higher speed than it actually was, when the tire size was set to 8 inches. Only by changing the tire size to 5 inches was I able to get reasonable agreement with the GPS app. My results (for 5-inch tire size) were: Maximum speed (for freshly charged battery with voltage = 54.1) was 19 mph according to GPS and 20 mph according to scooter. It's a beast...very usefull...good km for range... But it's, in my opinion, too much soft calibrations of the suspensions! And too much hi, for a city use...arriving the maximum speed it's starts to vibrate on the front wheel. Very dangerous, to control this effect you need to put your weight on the front wheel, but its causes less weight on the rear wheel...so when you break, the rear wheel blocks and you starts to going to the left and right with this one. Very funny for you if you are able to...
