This scooter might look like a rip off because of the price, but let me tell you that you would be wrong to assume that. Have had my x4, for about a year, now. I AM an experienced scooter rider, and not just the rental ones. I also own a D5 and a D4. If you want to take a next step UP from a rental scooter the x4 is VERY good! But! The x6 offers a HUGE improvement in suspension AND (LOOK)!!!!! A battery that will improve your RANGE DRAMICALLY!

Great scooter with one major flaw. That flaw is that there is no customer support or response. I ordered my D4+ and an extra charger on November 15th and it's now Feb 7th and I still don't have my extra charger. They won't return emails and the "Contact Us" voice mail is full and won't except new messages. This is unacceptable levels of customer service. Great product and unbelievable customer service. I had an issue with my display screen, reached out to customer service and they responded immediately. Every time i sent an email with a question or concern i received a response back the next day. They addressed my issue with the display screen as promised. Overall the scooter is amazing ( A BEAST OF A SCOOTER ) and i’m glad I purchased it thru nanrobot , they are responsive , very professional and they stand behind their product.

My personal experience with Nanrobot products and service has been overwhelmingly fantastic. I always get fast and courteous responses and solutions. I can't get enough of my D6+. She's gorgeous and athletic. I live in the hilliest part of Vancouver and my D6+ literally devours hills. Never mind not slowing down, my D6+ accelerates!! going up even the most demanding inclines. I left a negative review I wish o can take it back but regardless this is the scooter the customer service is impeccable depending on where you live you might have to stay up a little late but things will get done. I ran into a controller problem and talk to support the new controller will be expedited and at a discount and it’s a 2 in 1 controller that’s a plus! Thank Nanrobot I appreciate it

Having much fun with this one! The torque is great, build quality is good, support is good if you have questions. + fun factor + no more flat tyres + great suspension + stem and frame feel solid - not possible to fold and carry, doesnt lock and display of v2 is in the way - headlight wobbles like crazy - no speed limit setting available - parameter settings in manual not correct.

I received My first and only scooter 3 days ago from Nanrobot, after a longish wait due to shipping delays and public holidays ect. I do not need to purchase a motorbike as the nanrobot is out of this planet and propels me, a110kg rider up the steepest hills with absolute ease at high speeds! Even The delivery driver that brought my scooter was also e scooter enthusiast and I convinced him to purchase an E-scooter especially from the amazing team at Nanrobot.

First off this scooter is fast. It's fast enough for my needs and can go uphill very easily with the dual motor setting. So far I have no complaints with it. This scooter is perfect for intermediate riders.

Really happy with all my Nanrobot scooters. These ones added an extra portion of fun in comparison to our Gotrax. BUT please work on eliminating the styrofoam packaging. It’s horrible for our environment and creates a ton of unnecessary waste. There is lots of options out there like compostable cornstarch packaging and such. PLEASE look into them and help reduce the waste! You have an amazing brand with quality scooters and I know you can perfect the packaging as well!

It is a amazing scooter. For the stated features, the battery is reach enough for the mid distance use, and you can easily carry it on the public transports such as metro or a bus. The maximum distance may vary by different using conditions. However, it will be nice to have a better version of this with more features such as a much stronger light and somewhere with a hole that allows easier use of u-locks and cable locks and increases the digital lock number to at least 4 OR instead use a Blueto...

Coming from a ninebot max, this scooter is a beast. The suspension relieves any bumps you may encounter, and the torque is insane when accelerating. It's amazing going down the street at 40mph with the wind hitting you almost passing cars in a bike lane. Make sure to wear a helmet and be safe!
