I applied the cream to my knee then wrapped it. Didn’t shave!! Kept it wrapped for 2 hours. By the time I got to the shop and cleaned my leg off my knee was numb. Now this cream does not numb your bone but it definitely does it’s job on the skin and makes the experience so much better.
