The item I purchased was ok, they sent in a regular shipping envelope ( Plastic ), it was bent, but I straightened it out. What I don't like, is that I ordered another item, and have not seen it. Great piece of art, and reasonably priced. Final product turned out great. My only complaint is I ordered with "special instructions", of which was provided as an option. I never rec'd a phone call, email, or anything to discuss/confirm the request, and simply rec'd the item in a "normal" state, without my request being considered.

Flag looks great! Was a little disappointed in the size. Ordered 36"x36" and the flag measures 36"x20". I realize it would never be 36x36, just thought it would be a little wider. Also, the flag was bent in a couple of places. One corner had broken thru the box. Nothing serious, just cosmetic that was easily fixed.
