The art work is exquisite, but unfortunately for me, I didnt read the dimensions. Its smaller than I expected, but still useable. I won't hesitate to order again if the occasion arises. I purchased this as a gift. My sister absolutely loves it, but indicated the painting is not as clean as it could have been. Because of where she is hanging it, you will not be able to see the imperfections, so it isn't really a problem.

The box it came in was too small so part of the flag broke through the box and got bent. I had to bend the flag back with pliers. Also, the hanging hardware never came. I contacted customer support and was told it comes separately. That was over a week ago and I still don't have it. I might have to dispute it on my card.

Overall the sign is great! Very good looking and happy with the art. The material however is thin and can't support Itself even though Designed to stick in the ground. The back lacks a good paint job.

It turned out great, however, much smaller than I envisioned. Coloring was very vibrant and shiny. Arrived with one on the sides of the flag sticking out of the box and it was bent, but we were able to bend it back to straighten it out a bit. Not sure if this was an initial packaging issue or if it was done by the delivery company. Can't wait to hang it up! Do you happen to sell the hardware for that or have any suggestions on how to hang?

One order of a two part order arrived. Still waiting on the 2nd order. No word as to when it will ship. The other order looks good except for a couple of minor issues. Some tabs were not sanded off and one item arrive bent due to insufficient packaging. But over all it looks good.

Ordering here was easy, the customization options where easy. Overall a good experience. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the size of the letters on my sign. It had the option to add text at the top, bottom left and bottom right, For the text at the top I used the maximum character length available to me and perhaps that is my fault but the letters are rather small on the sign. This was my second order and it was not quite like the first one. Does the thickness of the metal increase with size? My first order was a bigger size and the metal was thicker. My latest order is a smaller size and the metal was thinner. When it arrived it was a little bent, but I was able to bend it back straight. I would like to place more orders in the future, but would like to know if size correlates with thickness of metal.

Would have loved it but wanted to share that your shipping packaging needs to be reevaluated. This was packaged in a bubble envelope! Product was bent in several places when received. Should be shipped in better protective packaging.
