The bands seem to work fine, although not sure they are entirely symmetrical, but the onboarding support and how to use hasn’t been inspiring. I have only used the arm bands twice and never the leg ones.
The step by step exercises in the app aren’t challenging enough for a regular gym goer, but I’m sure some of the fault lies with me.
The exercises should be split into experience levels, current form, etc. If that’s already the case please direct me where to find it. Thanks
