As one of the inventors, it's amazing to be able to use these products every single week. Personally I use my B Strong system on the weekends as a warmup tool before my soccer matches as well as on fartlek style runs where I can get an intense workout with shorter distances (less pounding) and shorter workout time. Using bands for blood flow restriction in my legs in conjunction with NEMS unit to regenerate nerve function in my lower legs. Only been a couple of weeks but seems to be helping. Bands are easy to use and balance the restriction on both legs. Great product

The bands are easy to use and I like the way I feel after the workout. My only complaint is that there is not an actual app for the program. You have to use a website to log into the program & the timer stops working when your phone goes to sleep and you have to continually log back in. I'm hoping the app is currently being developed because I would use the system more if it had one.

Only a few sessions so far. Adjusting to pressure, weights to use etc. I do like the system and am integrating with normal cycling training. I’m older (82) so trying to find optimum frequency to allow for sessions and adequate rest between riding and weight sessions. Optimistic that I will benefit from using the system

I orginally ordered two sets of arm leg bands. Ultimately I had to buy a proper set of arm bands and then the system worked great. I got super attention from the Doc so all is well.

I've only been using it for a week and I'm not sure it's snug enough around my limbs. I'm concerned about increasing the pressure more than stated. However, today I felt a noticeable difference so I am looking forward to how the next week goes.
I did want to know if the 20 minute max time limit applied to 20 for the arms and 20 for the legs or 20 for both?

Much better than using just straps. Pressures holding steady for a good workout. Only problem for me is getting the right arm band situated high and tight using just my left hand.
Have to get a method going to perfect that. Otherwise happy and enjoying the workouts.

Overall this is a solid quality carrying case, it fits the 4 bands and pump in although it did take a few attempts to find a way to get them in.
Note that there is no structure inside the case, it's just a case to fit the bands/pump
