This survey is quite timely. I am truly enjoying using the Bstrong bands! However the valve on one of the arm bands (red) is leaking and I’m no longer able to inflate it. I'm having a hard time using the app. I have been using resistance training (not B strong) for over a year before I got your product so the app seems to be for beginners and progress from there. I incorporate different exercises than what your app has. But I love the bands and your product as a whole. I can tell it works way better than my previous BFR bands.

I'm using the arm bands in the pool. $ laps crawl, 2 laps elementary back, 2 laps side stroke, 2 laps breast stroke and 4 laps crawl. Then I take them off and finish my mile workout. Arms are less tired at the end of the session. I just started with them last week. But, so far so good. I am up to 300 mmHg on my arms and 400 mmHg on my legs. I exercise 6-7 days per week with them about 1 hour each time. My PT suggested I purchase the BStrong system. I torn my knee ligaments 6 weeks ago. The pre surgery rehabilitation is going great. I can honestly say that the b strong cuffs have been a game changer in building back my muscles fast. My advice: use the system careful, don’t go outside to suggested levels. Have been using for a couple of weeks and really enjoy so far. Light weights, great on the joints, and unbelievable pump. I'd quote Arnold in Pumping Iron, but want to keep this review G rated. Only concern/question is that the bands tend to lose pressure during the short workout i.e., when I reattach the pump, the gauge is about 50 units lower than when I set it initially. Not sure if that is expected or if I have leaky bands.

Began using B Strong BFR cuffs in place of the inexpensive straps and it is a HUGE difference in terms of FIT (no slippage), equal circumferencial pressure, exact titration of pressure/psi, durability and support. Save your money on the straps for the real thing if you want predictable application of BFR.

Did a review 2 months ago. Have been using B Strong for close to 6 months...Since my gym has been closed i really got to focus on BFR. I will continue to Do BFR!! Benefits are outstanding especially being in my mid sixties, i can use lighter weights with benefits of not lifting heavy. I am a 70 year old female who enjoys keeping fit. Since my shoulder surgery I have been a bit tentative about using weights.
