BStrong bands give an unbelievable pump to my arms and legs. I get a more intense workout in half the time than without the bands. I have gained size and strength with all muscles not only arms and legs. I alternate band training with no band training for variety and to ensure complete muscle training. Love my bands!

Love the B strong system! I started out using them at my clinic with a wide spectrum of patients from adolescents to the elderly. I enjoyed them so much that I purchased a set for home use. I had shoulder surgery to repair a severely torn Labrum, a ruptured rotator cuff, and a bicep tenodesis (relocating the bicep tendon) a year ago this past December. As a women at 55, I want to maintain or even gain a bit of strength and bone by working out with weights. I was a little worried about lifting heavy weights alone in my basement. With a chronic knee injury, this was a major concern.
