We have a Great Pyrenees, Anatolian, shepherd, border collie, Australian Shepherd mix. She is a rescue that we were fostering and couldn’t give her away 🩷 She has very long thick fur. We have the shed-x process done at the groomers once a month but the FurMe works great in between. I wish the suction could be a bit stonger and maybe less grooming cutting tools and more brushing tools would be great. Love how quiet it is, our puppy actually doesn’t freak out when I brush her.

It just works well on my Husky Mix detangling and shedding his loose hairs and he enjoys the grooming so much. My short-haired Border Collie Mix also enjoys the brushing sensation and just sits calmly for his daily procedure! The BCM isn't normally the type to sit still for such because he's so high energy but for his grooming he makes an exception!

It was so nice not to have fur all over when I groomed my Morkie He tolerated the haircut better because it is quieter and the razor doesn’t heat up like the one I had used before. The only problem I encountered was around his ears because the vacuum suction seemed to bother him. I used a smaller battery-operated razor for that area instead of the Fur-Me.

I was a little skeptical as I have a wooly coat Siberian Husky. Oh my gosh, the Furme works GREAT! He is used to getting groomed several times a year whenever he blows his coat. He does not like to go to the groomer. He tolerated the Furme quite well. We use it on the fastest speed and the noise does not bother him. It’s really on the quiet side.
