Fairly new - about 3 weeks in.. I have noticed I have more clean energy, no jitters, throughout the day.. I generally eat one in the am, however, one day I was dragging around 2 pm.. ate another BB - and that helped give me a boost but didn't cause any sleep disturbance like coffee does when drank late in the afternoon... hoping to replace my coffee.
