Well after waiting a month for it to get here , I actually was not impressed with the taste or texture . But as I believed the advert and the research I use it every day, I do honestly feel better and do see the changes . My appetite has gotten better and my metabolism has gone up . Other than that I see little to no changes . It’s been 20 days now . May leave a review again at a later date.

excellent supplements, all I can say is that for me it's lasting energy throughout the day, and high focus. The pre-workout is does not give me jitters, instead it helps you last longer in the gym with consistent strength. The bee Bread takes some getting use to but I've noticed my testosterone is kicking hard.
