It's crazy how much of a punch this little thing packs! I definitely felt a difference after the first few days! My sleep is so much better, I wake up more refreshed. Great product! Everything in it is healthy and good for you, the density, texture, and taste even is good in my opinion. But you’re paying way to much for what you’re getting. To really get enough of the product in your system to make a real noticeable difference, you’d need to eat 4-5 of these a day. The amount you get just isn’t worth the amount you spend, by any means

I love this product! I can feel the difference after two weeks of taking. However the packaging is very difficult to open with my arthritis. Perhaps just placing them all into a package instead of wrapping individually. Just a suggestion :)

I’ve tried a lot of things to help me with my energy and nothing had worked quite like this. It’s a sustained energy with no crash and you just feel great using it. First time biting in and it’s a little sour like a green apple, but it’s amazing first thing before coffee to start your day off properly. 10/10 recommend.

I’m 69 years old, walk 4 miles a day. My knees were starting to bother me, not sure if it’s the bee bread I’ve been taking, but my knees are feeling much better now having more fun walking.
