I love it. At first I would take one when I would wake up but I switched to taking before I work out and it gives me that extra boost. Once the workout is done I dont feel fatigued like I use to.

Even before the effects kicked in, the taste is exactly what I would expect and want from real food packed with nutrients and flavonoids, though it actually tasted better than I expected. 20 minutes in I felt the buzz effect, not sure if everyone experiences this, like a warm burst of energy. I did notice benefits also after a week or so of taking it like clearer skin and better feeling gut. This is my second purchase I’m sold on it as my go-to real food supp.

Although some people complain about the taste, I enjoy it. My wife has a lot of different ailments that cause her to be low energy and I have gotten her to start taking this natural supplement and she can tell a difference in energy. Unlike me, she does not like the taste but is more than willing to take it because of the positive effects that it has on her body. I would definitely recommend giving this a try!
