I can’t take aspirin anymore since I was on 10 aspirin a day and now have problems with aspirin. This product I think does better for inflammation than aspirin! Big statement. I'm 37 and taking this product definitely gives me the feeling of being 20 again, lots of energy and helps me curb the urge for sweets or soda. I had neck and should pain from an old injury. It kept getting worse. After finding bee bread I don't use Salonpas and Tylenol to dull the pain anymore. Spartan bee bread reduces the inflammation. Also my cholesterol numbers are normal. That's after taking cholesterol meds for about 25 years. I now use divine nectar too. Tastes great and same positive effects.

At first I was taking the bee bread in the little hex nut shapes, then when I found out they made them in the pill form I switched to them. These have made my entire body nearly reject anything that's processed or not made from home.
