Although some people complain about the taste, I enjoy it. My wife has a lot of different ailments that cause her to be low energy and I have gotten her to start taking this natural supplement and she can tell a difference in energy. Unlike me, she does not like the taste but is more than willing to take it because of the positive effects that it has on her body. I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

Even before the effects kicked in, the taste is exactly what I would expect and want from real food packed with nutrients and flavonoids, though it actually tasted better than I expected. 20 minutes in I felt the buzz effect, not sure if everyone experiences this, like a warm burst of energy. I love spartan bee bread, it really changes the way I look at workout aids / supplements. The flavor is great and the packaging is super convenient.
