I am on my 3rd refill order by subscription. I take(2x) daily 1. In the morning as part of my energy boost during intermittent fast before I go to the gym. It is perfect! Under 50 cal. So it doesn’t break my fast, and in the late afternoon to power through my day. As a 65 year old Marine I pt every morning and hit the gym everyday. I have went from 252lb to a lean 216lbs. I honestly haven't been a huge fan of preworkouts in the past, but this stuff is legit. It adds a great extra kick for my workout sessions without a bad crash at the end. I also like that it is made with natural ingredients and doesn't taste like a bunch of chemicals. Love everything I've tried from Stampede so far!

I really do enjoy it ! The flavor is awsome I mix mine with milk for the extra protein it definitely helps with soreness the next day after a work out and digestion and gut health seems to have improved as well.
