So one good thing and one bad. 1. Good thing my allergies have been good this year. 2. The bad I had a small break out on my back and chest. I know this to be the bread bc I never get acne let alone break outs. So I lightened my intake to once every other day after 3 days of none at all and it cleared up.

Taste was not bad. Lots of bee pollen which can taste strange, but it wasn’t overpowering. It’s such a small amount it’s hard to have any satisfaction from just eating one a day. Not 💯 I’d purchase again. I’m in very good shape and would like to think I’m healthy so it’s hard to tell the impact from something like this sometimes.

Meh kinda chalky texture with a little grittyness. The flavor attempt is there but you have to kinda want to continue chewing at some point. It does have a honey taste and it does have a berry taste. Hope the nutritional benefits are valid and absorption occurs.
