I love the bee packs, this stuff is great. My only reason for 4 stars is that I am a bigger guy 6”2 215lbs and I found that I get more out of this supplement if I use 2 packets at a time. I don’t want to have to make 2 orders so my only suggestion would to make the single serving size bigger without changing the cost if possible. Other than that it’s great and works.

I am convinced that this mix of vitamins and nutrients has boosted my defense system against viruses or sickness.
